General Memory/RAM issue and fix
Problem Memory gets heated. (The service engineer is attending to a complaint that the computer is hanging frequently. At this time this problem is observed). Remedy Check what type of RAM is present and at what frequency it is rated to operate. Check the motherboard manual to determine what frequencies and type of RAM can be used. Check this memory module in another computer. If the memory module works fine in another computer, it may be because of compatibility problems. Replace the new memory module in the memory slot.
