How to reinstall help program in windows xp?

Problem:

 In my system windows help is not open.i thing it's disabled by virus.how to re-install this help program?

 Solution:
  • Run -> %windir%\inf
  • select pchealth.inf
  • Right click->install.
In comman mode:
  • open command prompt.
  • net stop helpsvc
  • cd /d %windir%\pchealth\helpctr\binaries
  • start /w helpsvc/suchost netsucs/regserver/install
  • start /w helpsvc/register
  • start /w hlpctr/regserver

Install .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows 10 without internet(offline)

By default  in Windows 10 .net framework 4.5 is pre installed. If we install .net framework 3.5 apps Windows 10 will prompt to install .net framework 3.5 from internet. It will take to long time. Here is another way to quick installation without internet connection. Insert Windows10 DVD or load your ISO image or Insert bootable flash disk.
